Il Sasso 2020

Carmignano "Il Sasso" comes from a selection of international vines cut with Sangiovese, grown in the vineyard of the same name located in Santa Cristina, in Mezzana, in one of the most suitable areas of the whole denomination.

Sasso expresses the depth and organoleptic richness of the great Carmignano wines, combined with the freshness and elegance that the great terroirs are able to express and guarantee over time.
The Carmignano red wine "Il Sasso" announces itself with a color that recalls the hue of ruby. The nose is dominated by a fruity sensation, especially of cherry, enhanced by a more balsamic touch, which appears on the finish. Tasting is excellent with body, enveloping on the palate, with a sip of great charm, rich and satisfying, also thanks to a pleasant fresh texture. A bottle that contains all the charm of the Prato area and that smells of Tuscany. Excellent if paired with red meat dishes, game and aged cheeses
