Vicoregio 36 by Marchesi Mazzei is the result of an avant-garde agronomic project that gives life to a pure-bred Chianti Classico Gran Selezione.

The quintessence of the research work at Castello di Fonterutoli lies in this laboratory vineyard in the Municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, planted in ideal soil and climatic conditions for Sangiovese: 36 different biotypes, including 18 mass selections from our old vineyards.

It has aromas of cherries, roots, spices and Mediterranean scrub and a structured and elegant taste, with freshness and flavor.
