Chianti Classico "Brolio Riserva" is a Tuscan red wine with an intense personality, in which two international grape varieties are combined with Sangiovese, the soul of the appellation. A classic expression, round and harmonious, which undoubtedly shows that it can tell the story of the Chianti area with experience and authenticity, also thanks to the immense coat of arms of the Barone Ricasoli winery, the world's fourth longevity wine company, which since 1141 has written the history of wine in Tuscany. A label to which the fine tannin gives a particular elegance, responsible for a pleasant and flowing drink at the same time.

This "Brolio Riserva" is a Chianti Classico made by the Barone Ricasoli winery from 80% Sangiovese, to which Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are added. The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes of these three different varieties ferments in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of between 24 and 27 degrees, macerating on the skins for a total of 12-16 days. This is followed by the final ageing phase, in which the wine rests for 18 months in both first and second passage tonneaux, until it is considered ready to be bottled.

The Chianti Classico "Brolio Riserva" Barone Ricasoli develops in the glass with a typically ruby colour, crossed by flashes that tend more towards garnet. The nose opens with a riot of ripe fruit notes, enriched with spicy touches and a final hint of vanilla in particular. On the palate it has excellent body, generous and ample thanks to a harmonious sip, which flows with freshness and gracefulness thanks to a finely chiselled tannic texture. A label that embodies the main characteristics of the many soils that follow one another in Brolio, in a sip of synthesis that year after year wins awards from various international trade magazines.
