The Chianti Classico Riserva of Castello di Monsanto is another great wine that this prestigious Tuscan winery gives us year after year, harvest after harvest. It is a fragrant Chianti Riserva, with a beautiful style on the palate, with a closure that recalls and recalls veiled plant inflections. It comes from a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grown in vineyards capable of offering bunches suitable for long aging; the vinification is the classic one with a maceration that lasts for 20 days and an aging that continues for about 18 months in smaller second passage woods.

A rest period in which the Chianti Riserva of Castello di Monsanto grows in structure and elegance, in which its bouquet becomes wider and more complex to then range from blackberries to blueberries, with balsamic and vegetable nuances on the finish. In the mouth it is full-bodied and balanced in the fruity aromas, with a closure that gives an intense, but very fine and veiled tannic texture. A bulwark of Chianti's typicality, a wine that is the perfect expression of the territory and that shows itself with truly surprising characteristics of longevity.
