Vincenzo Abbruzzese is divided between two great passions: Brunello and horses. He is often seen riding in the vineyards and even in the village. The company has about 27 hectares of vineyards all concentrated in the northern area of Montalcino, from the foot of the mythical hill of Montosoli to the small church of the Madonna del Piano from which the Riserva version of Brunello derives. Wrongly considered a modernist, he has a very different company reality with classic barrels of about 35-40 hectoliters. Maniacal are the selection of the grapes in the vineyard and the macerations, which are quite intense. The wines are solid but elegant.
