SOLOSOLE VERMENTINO BOLGHERI 2021

Vermentino "Solo Sole" by Poggio del Tesoro is a white of interesting minerality and juicy drink. In the glass it has a straw yellow color crossed by greenish reflections and the nose gives fruity notes of peach and apricot on a sulphurous base of flint. In the mouth it enters precise, dry and vertical, it gives juiciness and a savory finish. The typical brightness of Vermentino can be found in the primary hints of this white which with freshness and fragrance will ideally accompany fish-based dishes, raw and cooked, as well as pasta dishes with light and vegetable sauces.
