VIGNA MARGHERITA VERNACCIA DI SAN GIMIGNANO 2021

At the sight it is striking for its brilliance and luminosity; the color is straw yellow with a greenish tinge. The perfume is very variegated and elegant; floral notes (hawthorn and magnolia) and fruity notes (grapefruit and pineapple) linked and amalgamated by hints of vanilla on which the characteristic mineral notes are grafted with ageing.

The taste is fragrant, pulpy and structured, articulated in the scents that refer to the olfactory sensations, but well balanced with a persistent aftertaste that fades towards almond notes. Pairing with fish first courses, shellfish, white meats, medium-aged cheeses, pairings with saffron.
