In business since 1993 with the aim of enhancing what their vineyards are from three of the main areas of Champagne or the Grand Cru village of Chouilly, the Premier Cru village of Bisseuil and the village of Damery.

Nowadays the harvests are lower than the area average due to the grass cover between the vines, once the harvest is reached the grapes give excellent qualitative signs given that the date of the beginning of the harvest is scrupulously chosen at the right point of ripeness.
They are the second company in Champagne to have obtained the "Haute Valeur Environnementale" certification which is recognized for over 20 years of environmentally friendly procedures such as the absence of chemical fertilizers and herbicides, drastic limits on the use of plant protection products to control mold and particular attention to biodiversity and the enhancement of the vineyard with hedges, orchards, embankments, trees and low walls, moreover they are very attentive to the aging of the wines and store them in historic 18th century cellars in magnums sealed with natural cork which preserves their freshness and maintains their constant temperature to best develop its profile.
