Chanson has been one of the oldest established wine houses in Burgundy since 1750. It is located in the historic center of Beaune, in a bastion dating back to the 15th century. It has a single district of Premiers and Grands Crus in Beaune, Savigny-les-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses and on the hill of Corton. Chanson was acquired by the Bollinger Group in 1999. Gilles de Courcel, president of Chanson assisted by Jean Pierre Confuron, winemaker, implemented exemplary quality viticulture for the best expression of the terroir.
