Meursault

The grapes come from four plots selected by Meursault winemakers, scattered between the top of the finest and most mineral hill, and the outskirts of the village which contribute to the richness and density. Typical fragrances of the blend: lime blossom on aromas of white fruit (peach, pear), notes of spices. Complex and well structured. Dense and deep texture. Long finish on a mineral note. A great Chardonnay.

The Meursault Chanson 2019 comes in the glass with a pale gold color. The nose releases typical notes of Chardonnay grapes (white fruit such as pear, apple and peach, as well as white flowers), alongside aromas developed during maturation such as vanilla, sweet spices and dried fruit such as almond and hazelnut. The taste is complex, rich and juicy. Expressive acidity and minerality in the aftertaste.
To be enjoyed with foie gras, grilled fish, white meats and cheeses.
