Manon AOC Côtes de Provence Rosé

Born in the heart of the Côtes de Provence, Manon comes from carefully selected plots in the appellation. Its emblem, the olive tree, represents the homeland of our rosé wines in Mediterranean landscapes, between land and sea. In order to guarantee optimal wine quality, MANON Côtes de Provence rosé comes from the best selected plots in the heart of the appellation with the aim of producing a delicious Côtes de Provence rosé.
WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested in the cool of the night at the ideal time to ensure a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.
They are then pressed directly at a cold temperature, gently. Only the pressing must is selected from the press in order to maintain crisp, clear colours. The must is placed in vats to ferment at a cold temperature in order to preserve the fruity aromas.
AGEING
Ageing on fine lees after fermentation with occasional pumping over gives the wine greater density and complexity.

TASTING NOTES
Clear and brilliant pink colour. Nose reveals aromas of white flowers (honeysuckle) and stone fruits (peach). On the palate, rich, powerful and fresh, it offers remarkable taste persistence. Its silky smooth structure gives a pleasant, long-lasting finish.
