When it comes to Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Mazzano, it must be done with the utmost respect: a unique and incomparable wine, the true spearhead of the Masi company. A state-of-the-art Amarone, produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, rigorously selected and from the homonymous cru owned by the Boscaini family, subjected to prolonged drying in the fruit rooms and slowly fermented, with indigenous yeasts, at temperatures not checked and then left to rest for 3 years in large Allier and Slavonia oak barrels. A masterpiece.

Superb and refined from the garnet color, it expresses an enveloping smell, where spicy notes blend with fruity and floral tones of great intensity. Scents of cinnamon, licorice, cigar box, blackberries in jam, cherries in alcohol, coffee, tobacco emerge. In the mouth it is powerful and balanced, very soft in the gustatory attack, at the end it releases caressing toasted notes of endless persistence.

With roasts and braised meats and noble Monte Veronese.
