Valpolicella Classico DOC 2020

The Valpolicella Classico DOC is a red wine by Allegrini, a leading family in Valpolicella since the sixteenth century, and since then it has handed down the culture of wine. Located in the hilly area of ​​Fumane, the vineyards have an average age of 30 years. The grapes that give life to this wine are: 65% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella and 5% Molinara, native vines of Valpolicella. The harvest takes place in mid-September, strictly by hand, and after a soft pressing, fermentation takes place with a duration of about 9 days. Aging is in steel for 9 months, followed by 2 months in the bottle.
