The Blanc de Blanc Extrabrut Gran Cru by Bruno Paillard is a very elegant Champagne produced by one of the most renowned Champagne producers.

Produced with pure Chardonnay grapes, it has a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and delicate perlage.

On the nose it develops a floral and fruity bouquet, with notes of ripe citrus fruits, almonds and white flowers.

In the mouth it is lively and extremely fine, with a long and persistent finish.

It is the ideal wine to drink chilled as an aperitif or paired with dishes based on fish, shellfish, in particular oysters, swordfish carpaccio, caviar canapés and fresh cheeses.
