Nose: at first you perceive toasted, smoky notes with a touch of licorice and earthy tones. By swirling the glass, fruity aromas of apricot, blackthorn, quince, blueberry and fresh almonds emerge. The aromatic concentration of the wine, typical of the 2012 vintage, is the distinctive note.

Mouth: mineral and taut with excellent freshness, with touches of quince, vanilla and followed by a crunchy finish. A vintage capable of evolving over time under the banner of complexity.
