The rich and tasty Paul Bara Grand Rosé elegantly reveals the vinosity of its Pinot Noirs. The cuvette is made with a Pinot Noir nettavée, a small percentage of Chardonnay and a touch of Bouzy Rouge, to give the typical slightly vinous character that distinguishes the rosé blends of Champagne.
Fermentation takes place in steel and the cuvée is created by adding 12% of Bouzy's Pinot Noir vinified in red to the vins clairs of Pinot Noir - Chardonnay. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a stop on the lees for at least 24 months.

Visual examination: pale pink color, persistent and fine perlage.

Olfactory examination: red fruits, where wild strawberries and cherries predominate, peppery notes typical of Pinot Noir.

Taste test: in continuation of the scents perceived on the nose, notes of strawberries and raspberries that are final in notes of fresh pastry with a hint of candied cherries.

Pairings: red meats, roast beef with foie gras, Tatin cake.
