This Champagne Blanc de Blancs Henriot is the result of only Chardonnay grapes, 40% of which come from old vintages with a period of 4 to 5 years on the yeasts. A Champagne obtained mostly from Grand Cru and Premiere Cru grapes which express notes of pastry, fresh butter combined with minerality and dried fruit.
