Patiently aged in the shadow of the maison's historic gypsum quarries over a period of 3 to 4 years, Joseph Perrier's Cuvée Royale Brut Rosé turns out to be tasty and fresh.

With a 75% of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, complemented by a 25% of Chardonnay, this cuvée shows a beautiful vinosity, while retaining elegance and finesse in the mouth. Notes of small fresh red fruits that evolve on the delicacy of floral hints of violet and liquorice scents, the aromatic palette evolves on a range made of harmony and expressiveness. On the palate, the vivacity of the attack seduces by the tension-acidity balance. The center of the mouth releases the greediness of red fruit notes, which continues vigorously in the sparkling finish of freshness, on mentholated notes. A rosé Champagne of excellence.
