Princes Brut Blanc de Noirs

The Champagne Princes of the Maison De Venoge revives the splendor of the Orange court by re-proposing historical bottles created by Joseph De Venoge in honor of the princes of the royal family. The particular shape recalls the crystal decanters that were used at the beginning of the twentieth century to serve the Champagnes of the time.

The Cuvée Princes Blanc de Noirs comes from a careful selection of 100% Pinot Noirs grapes from vineyards classified as Premiers and Grands Crus in the area of the Montagne de Reims. In the assembly, 30% of vin de réserve is also used, followed by aging for at least 5 years in the cellars of the Maison before dosing of 6 g / l- Brut

The Cuvée Princes Blanc de Noirs reveals a rich and vinous bouquet with a great balance between aromaticity and freshness. In the mouth it recalls fresh red fruits and currants. It is ideal as an aperitif and to be enjoyed throughout the meal.
