Pinot noir from three different vineyards with twenty years of production behind them, the time considered right to have grapes of great quality with a very low yield per hectare, about 75 quintals. But the challenge is over time: seven years on the lees before disgorging, which took place last spring.

A Franciacorta reserve of great texture, in which the freshness of pink grapefruit alternates with notes of red fruit, the very fine perlage, the full and broad body, a decidedly persistent, fine and elegant drink, with many years to tell.

Produced in a limited edition of 5 thousand copies.
