Nature 'Coupé'

An evocative name that refers to an imaginary made of passion, style and light-heartedness without forgetting its origins: the word "Coupé" means to cut, a concept that in enology is condensed into the term Cuvée.

It gives off a sweet scent with hints of elderflower and white peach. On the palate, the contrast between the creaminess and the balance of the perlage with the "scudisciante" freshness is striking, at the end it is savory and balsamic. The non-dosed Monte Rossa is mainly composed of Chardonnay with a sprinkling of Pinot Noir, each cru is vinified in purity.
