Rosso di Montalcino Argiano offers itself to the palate with a good concentration. Sangiovese in purity, it develops with elegance and harmony, presenting itself with a certain generosity of aromas and flavors. An extremely gastronomic bottle, which obviously finds its fulfillment with the classic earthen recipes of the Tuscan tradition. A label that, given its good propensity for aging, promises to evolve in depth over the next four or five years.

Rosso di Montalcino Argiano comes from Sangiovese grapes, grown on a plateau located about 300 meters above sea level. The climate is characterized by cool nights during the summer months, ensuring an excellent temperature range between day and night, perfect for the correct ripening of each bunch. The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes ferments in stainless steel containers, carrying out a maceration in contact with the skins for 2 weeks, also carrying out the malolactic fermentation. The wine is then transferred to barriques and large barrels for a total of 12 months, a period after which the wine is ready to be bottled and placed on the market.

Lively ruby red, extremely mineral nose, with well marked cherry notes. Lively palate, with good acidity and tannin present but balanced.
