Vinification and Aging: Fermentation takes place in vats at a controlled temperature. The refinement is carried out in stainless steel barrels and is followed by at least 2 months of rest in the bottle.

The Vermentino of Il palazzo has an excellent straw yellow color with greenish reflections in the glass. Very bright and lively. The nose is intense with citrus notes and hints of sage and rosemary. In the mouth it is fresh and soft with delicate mineral notes. Ideal with fish-based first courses.
