Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva 2019

Straw yellow color, bright with a greenish tending to antique gold. The scent is ample, aristocratic, very varied in a balanced initial blend of broom flowers and walnut, grapefruit and melon, which blend into the vanilla notes harmonized with the mineral scents of flint.
On the palate it is stated a wine of character, concentrated, sapid, perfectly balanced, with a finish enlivened by a balance
acid backbone. Complex, mineral, it has a long persistence with an aftertaste in which notes of ripe fruit emerge.
Pairing with baked fish, white meats, preparations with delicate sauces, seasoned cheeses, blue cremos.
