LES CRETES PINOT GRIS 2022

Les Cretes Pinot Gris wine, produced exclusively with grapes of the traditional variety, offers a unique sensory experience that reflects our Alpine terroir. With an annual production limited to 3,200 bottles, this wine is the result of artisanal care at every stage of the process. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and immediately subjected to refrigeration to preserve their freshness and aromatic delicacy. After soft whole bunch pressing, the must ferments with selected yeasts in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for approximately 15 days. The refinement takes place "sur lies" for 9 months, with frequent batonnages to accentuate the complexity of the wine. Subsequently, the wine rests in the bottle for a further 4 months before being ready for consumption.

Pinot Gris has a brilliant straw yellow color and offers a floral bouquet of lime, hawthorn and mountain herbs, enriched with fruity notes of apple and pear. In the mouth it is savory, soft, fresh and balanced, with a long finish and a pleasant mineral finish.
