ALTENI DI BRASSICA 2020

Alteni di Brassica is one of Angelo Gaja's great white wines, which expresses the splendid varietal notes typical of Sauvignon, in this case expression of Langhe area. The wine is fermented and aged for 6 months in French oak barriques.

The nose shows notes of exotic fruit such as passion fruit and papaya, combined with herbaceous sensations typical of the grape, floral notes reminiscent of elderflower, all on light woody nuances, due to the refinement in barrique.
