Historic blend that resisted the phylloxera epidemic that had decimated its production.

In the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow color, elegant notes of yellow fruit, white flowers and medicinal herbs on the nose, fresh and dry on the palate, with the typical bitterish finish that makes it unmistakable. Ideal white throughout the meal, risotto with vegetables or tagliolino with truffles, why not white meat in the oven.
