The Arneis Langhe DOC Blangé wine produced by Ceretto is obtained 100% from Arneis grapes grown in the vineyards of Vezze d'Alba, Castellinaldo, Canale and Alba, in the province of Cuneo. These soils, composed of clay, sand and silt, are found at an altitude that varies between 210 and 290 meters above sea level. Blangé represents a wine icon of Piedmont, known mainly for its great red wines. Its first label was introduced in 1985 thanks to the vision of the brothers Marcello and Bruno Ceretto, who wanted to enhance Arneis, a white grape variety little known at the time. To enhance its characteristics, in collaboration with the oenologist Donato Lanati, they have adopted the innovative cryomaceration technique, which involves cold maceration (5°C) of the must on the skins, in order to extract the primary aromas of the wine to the maximum grape. After this phase, the wine matured for a few months in steel containers before being put on the market.

The Arneis Langhe DOC Blangé Ceretto presents itself in the glass with an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers aromas of apple, pear and yellow pulp tropical fruit, accompanied by nuances of honey and Mediterranean citrus fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, with a good flavor that remains in the finish. This white wine, characterized by great versatility, pairs perfectly with vegetarian dishes and seafood recipes based on fish and shellfish.
