BARBERA D'ALBA SUPERIORE 2019

The Barbera D'Alba DOC of Borgogno, the result of a careful selection of the bunches from the vineyards known as Liste and La Croisa, is red which is vinified in the traditional way, in steel tanks, and which is then left to mature for 30 % for about 10 months in large oak barrels. The result is a fresh and decisive Barbera, characterized by a nice warmth and a characteristic acidic shoulder. A great table red, capable of best declining the typical Piedmontese gastronomy.
