The Barbaresco produced by Ceretto in the Monsordo Bernardina estate is a wine that has its roots in the ancient farmhouse located just outside Alba, which over the years has become the fulcrum of the Ceretto family's work. Since 2009, the estate has been further made iconic by the installation of the Acino, a structure designed by Piedmontese architects Luca and Marina Deabate, which stands like a bubble suspended over the Langa landscape.

Ceretto's Barbaresco, following the classic tradition, is obtained from the assembly of grapes coming from different parcels of the company's vineyards. Fermentation takes place slowly, with a long maceration on the skins, the wine is then aged for 24 months in oak tonneaus and large barrels, respecting the provisions of the Barbaresco specification which requires aging for at least two years, of which nine months in oak wood, before resting further in the bottle.

Barbaresco Ceretto offers a unique sensory experience. Transparent garnet in colour, its bouquet is characterized by notes of dried flowers, with a predominance of roses and violets, accompanied by medicinal herbs, mint, raspberry jelly, cloves, pepper and undergrowth. In the mouth it is elegant, with silky tannins, floral freshness and a beautiful structure.
