Amarone Riserva Due Mori by Latium Morini is produced only with the best grapes of the great vintages, and starting from very low yields (25 quintals per hectare). The grapes are harvested manually, with rigorous selection based on the time of ripening. It follows
drying in 5-6 kg trays in a controlled environment for about four months.
Vinification: grapes are de-stemmed and pressed in mid-January. Cold Maceration is followed by controlled fermentation for 10-15 days with frequent pumping over and handling of the crushed grapes (temperatures between 18 and 25 ° C with final at 28 - 30 ° C).
Elevation: Aging in 225 to 500 liter French oak barrels and
North American, for about 42 months and 12 months in bottle.

Organoleptic examination: Impenetrable with a ruby ​​red color.
Intense and complex, almost rich, on the nose; ethereal notes are perceived e
