Rosso Fumo 2017

Authentic and completely personal interpretation of the Pinot Nero grape, through the
cultivation at an altitude of 600 m, in order to allow the territory to express itself
without prejudice, without schemes. The result is a red wine of excellent character
and personality, intense and persistent on the nose with aromas of macerated berries,
withered herbs and spicy notes. Nervous on the palate and full, with elegant tannins.
Rosso Fumo, the Pinot Noir of the volcano.

Ruby red color of good transparency and clarity, bright and
consistent.
The nose reveals tones of fresh red fruit, raspberry, wild strawberry,
morello cherry, cranberry, then floral notes of dog rose and violet. Spicy hints of
coarse black pepper and cloves. Notes of karkadè in infusion e
on the finish a hint of rhubarb.
In the mouth the entrance is enveloping, accompanied by a delicate tannin and by
a nice game of juicy softness and savory and bitter notes.
