Ayala Brut Majeur

Brut Majeur perfectly represents the AYALA style. Here the Chardonnay expresses all its purity and elegance, sublimated by the Pinot Noir and Meunier of the best locations. The same pure spirit is found in the low dosage and in the vinification in stainless steel tanks, which guarantee respect for the primary aromas. A long 3-year aging in the cellar gives the final touch to this cuvée in which balance and precision coexist with finesse and elegance.

The result of a tailor-made assembly, Brut Majeur integrates over 70 crus from all over Champagne. An exceptional supply that enhances the richness of the terroirs: Côte des Blancs, Montagna di Reims, Valle della Marne, Aube, Vitryat or even Sézannais. At the time of vinification, each of the 120 individual stainless steel tanks holds a cru, a grape variety, a vintage. This care for the raw material allows us to preserve the integrity and personality of each cru, for an assembly of rare diversity.

An aperitif champagne par excellence, Brut Majeur will harmoniously accompany every moment of the meal: white fish, shellfish, poultry or cheese platter.
