Blending the best vintages, this Champagne, without any sugar dosage and the addition of 40% of reserve wines, is aged for 5 years in the deep cellars of Laurent-Perrier. Delicate straw yellow to the eye, with a subtle and long-lasting perlage. The nose opens offering mineral and citrus notes, followed by the inevitable references to yeasts, pastry and bread making.
