BLANC DE BLANCS 2015

The Blanc de Blancs by Pol Roger is a vintage champagne produced exclusively from the villages of the Côte des Blancs, the grapes are harvested and vinified separately, after the first fermentation the malolactic fermentation is carried out completely, finally the assembly between the different parcels takes place.

Nose of great fragrance and precision. Satisfying complexity played on ripe yellow pulp fruit and small sweet candying, accompanied by varietal floral notes. Very smooth and creamy palate, quite soft and with a long and sensual finish. Persistent and fresh.
