BLANC DE BLANCS

A crystalline pale gold, with some reflections typical of the Chardonnay grape.

Nose: the aromas of mature Chardonnay mix. Vineyard peach, citrus confits, accompanied by notes of lime, honeysuckle and hazelnut. The second nose leads to subtle tones of mandarin and lemon.

Mouth: freshness and tension are wrapped in a generous garment. Clear, pure, not at all aggressive, with a lightness and softness almost atypical for a Blanc de Blancs, generally defined more angular than creamy. The balanced finish surprises with its minerality and its salty note.
