GOSSET Extra Brut

Cuvè composed of 32% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 23% Meunier, three years of aging on the yeasts, below 6 grams per liter of sugar, is classified as Extra Brut.

It goes very well with fish and cheeses, the color is straw yellow and the bubbles are fine and persistent, on the nose notes of white pulp fruit and white flowers with a hint of citrus that is found in the taste.
