A dosed Brut blend, composed of 54% Chardonnay and 46% Pinot Noir from 6 parcels between Premier and Grand Cru in which the synergy of these two vines is manifested. Grapes selected and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels, aging on the yeasts for a minimum of 84 months before disgorgement. A rich and enterprising bubble, complex in the aromas of ripe fruit that evolve as the minutes pass, on the palate it presents itself as mineral with elegant structure and compelling freshness.
