Composed of 100% Pinot Noir, this Champagne is a timeless classic, easily remembered for its elegance and complexity and for the typical rounded bottle, completely different from the usual Champagne bottles.

Bright salmon pink with fine and persistent perlage. Straightforward and very fresh on the nose, reminiscent of strawberries, raspberries, currants and blackberries.

On the sip the freshness is surprising, almost sharp, and the aromatic return of citrus and candied fruit. Very long finish.
