Il Bruciato 2021

Bruciato is among the most symbolic and famous wines of the Guado al Tasso winery, owned by the legendary Antinori family. It is a red coming from the prestigious Tuscan area of ​​Bolgheri, obtained from a blend of French vines, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, which in these lands reach very high levels of quality.

Its maturation takes place for at least 8 months in barrique and for at least 4 months in bottle: the result is a wine of great intensity and softness, the perfect calling card of the denomination and the Estate. The Bruciato 2018 has an intense ruby ​​red color. The nose is characterized by notes of small ripe red fruits and sweet spices. On the palate it has good structure, harmony and pleasantness to drink. Mild sensations of mint and licorice enrich the aftertaste.
It can be combined with the whole meal, it goes well with cheeses, velvety soups and soups. Excellent with roasts and braised meats.
