BADIA A COLTIBUONO 2020

The Chianti Classico of Badia a Coltibuono is striking for its ability to express the real identity of the Chianti area in the glass. It was born in a historic winery of the denomination, a winery that has very ancient origins since it was founded in 1051 by the monks as "Abbazia del Buon Harvest" and planting the first vineyards.

The Chianti Classico comes from Sangiovese and native complementary grapes grown organically and vinified in an absolutely natural way in the Badia a Coltibuono winery. For its fruity and expressive style, for the kind and pleasant structure, for its long history, it is considered one of the most representative wines of the Chianti Classico.

Strong ruby ​​red color, with aromas of iris, violets, morello cherries, tobacco and black pepper. The taste is dry, with well balanced acidity and tannins. In the mouth it is fresh and sapid, quite warm and persistent. The taste has mineral hints, red fruit, leather and roasting aromas. Recommended serving temperature: 18 ° C
