Castello Della Paneretta 2019

A terroir, a wine, a great promise: this is how we can summarize this Chianti Classico DOCG, which from the very first sips, structured but light, transports us into a territory where, year after year, the Castello della Paneretta tries to raise the quality level. Sangiovese blend, with a splash of canaiolo and colorino, the grapes are macerated in steel vats for 4-5 days; then the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. A truly well-made bottle, which embodies the passion and dedication of the Albisetti family for a unique land, which leaves an indelible mark in each wine produced, destined to evolve with new and satisfying aromas and sensations over the years to come. .

In the glass it has a purple color, with some ruby ​​reflections; the olfactory spectrum develops around notes of cherry and plum, accompanied by spicy hints of cloves. The mouth is full-bodied, with a material tannin and excellent acidity. It closes with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and a light note of anise.
