ROSSO DI MONTALCINO 2020

The Rosso di Montalcino by Canalicchio di Sopra is proposed as a fresh and expressive image of this wine area.

The fermentation of the must takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, and the maceration in contact with the skins lasts for a total of 20 days. The wine is then transferred for 12 months both in Slavonian oak barrels and in tonneau to carry out the final refinement.

It presents itself with aromas of small red fruits, and notes of withered flowers: spicy notes and aromatic herbs typical of the vine slowly emerge.
