Contucci is one of the oldest producers of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, one of the oldest wineries in Tuscany. Its Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is of great intensity and structure coming from a mixture of grapes of the vines: Prugnolo Gentile (so it is called Sangiovese), Canaiolo nero and Colorino.

The Vino Nobile Contucci after a passage in steel vats is aged for 24 months in oak barrels and then continues for another 6 months in the bottle. Fundamental to expand the offer of nose aromas and the structure of the wine. This Nobile di Montepulciano reveals itself on visual examination with a ruby red color, decidedly intense and compact. The bouquet of sensations that make up the olfactory profile moves on broad floral notes with a delicate scent of violets. Tasting is excellent, warm, with a sip characterized by a nice sapid vein, well balanced. A Tuscan red fruit of the great bond between the winery, the territory and Sangiovese, which reminds us of its origins and identity.
