Vinification and Aging: Fermentation takes place in vats at a controlled temperature. Aging takes place in stainless steel barrels, followed by passage in large barrels and at least 6 months of rest in the bottle.
Maspino Syrah by Il Palazzo has an intense purple red color. On the nose, enveloping notes of red and black fruit combine with characteristic aromas of black pepper. On the palate it is sweet, soft and with excellent persistence. Perfect match with pasta with ragu, game and grilled meat.
