Vin Santo del Chianti DOC

The perfume of Il Plazzo's Vin Santo del Chianti Doc is intense fruity, reminiscent of notes of dates, dried figs, beeswax and honey.

Vinification and Aging: Natural drying in airy rooms for 4 months and then vinified in classic oak barrels. Rest in the bottle for at least 4 months follows.

The taste is sweet but not too much, with a long persistence and a rich structure that goes perfectly with traditional Tuscan dry sweets, cantucci and tarts. A sip of Tuscany in the glass!
