TASTING NOTES
The color is straw yellow, characterized by deep copper hues. The nose is initially fruity, reminiscent of pink grapefruit, strawberry and strawberry trees, and then leaves also vanilla and floral nuances. Round and juicy the palate, soft and balanced, long in persistence.

To be reserved for weekend dinners, it is excellent in combination with scallops au gratin.
