BARONE DI VILLA GRANDE ETNA BIANCO 2022

In the picturesque district of Villagrande in Milo, at an altitude of 700 metres, the vines are grown which give life to a wine of extraordinary quality and longevity. South-East exposure, with a masterful combination of 90% Carricante and 10% native Etna vines, this wine embodies the soul of the volcanic lands of Etna. The vineyards, trained with the Guyot method and with a density of 7000 vines per hectare, produce an annual yield of 40 hectolitres, giving the wine a unique concentration and complexity. Fermentation takes place in steel, followed by a 10-month bottle refinement period before bottling, which allows the wine to reach its maximum expression.

The wine appears in the glass with a pale straw yellow colour, brilliant and dense, a prelude to the extraordinary sensations that will follow. On the nose, persistent floral and white fruit scents emerge, enveloping the senses with their harmony and elegance.
