Among the enchanting hills of Santa Marina, on the island of Salina, vines are grown which give life to a wine of extraordinary beauty and refinement. With an altitude ranging from 200 to 400 meters and an exposure towards the East, this magical place offers the perfect context for the cultivation of unique vines.

The combination of 40% Malvasia delle Lipari and other native varieties such as Rucignola, Catarratto and others constitutes the heart of this wine, which reflects the diversity and richness of the territory. Cultivated using the Guyot method and with a density of 7500 vines per hectare, the vineyards produce grapes of extraordinary quality, giving the wine a unique depth and complexity.

Fermentation takes place in steel, followed by a period of refinement in the bottle of 6/7 months before bottling, which allows the wine to fully express its unique character. Served at a temperature of 8-10°C, the wine appears in the glass with an inviting golden yellow colour, dense and clear, anticipating an extraordinary sensorial experience.

On the nose, floral scents, citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and a balsamic finish emerge, creating an enveloping and fascinating aromatic bouquet. Upon tasting, the wine stands out for its great drinking elegance, with balsamic, citrus and aromatic hints that blend harmoniously with a slightly sweet and mineral aftertaste.

It is a wine that lends itself beautifully to accompanying a wide range of dishes. Perfect with fresh cheeses, fruit and vegetables in dip, it finds its ideal pairing in the Salina caper, enhancing its unique and intense flavours.

Delicately aromatic, this wine hides complex notes of fruit and spicy sensations, inviting the palate on a journey of discovery and pleasure. To be enjoyed immediately, but also to be kept in the cellar, guaranteeing pleasure and satisfaction for up to ten years after the harvest. Every sip is an ode to the beauty and harmony of the Aeolian archipelago, a celebration of the life and passion that hide behind every bottle.
