In the heart of the Milo production area, at an altitude of 700 meters, a wine of extraordinary beauty and complexity is born. Created with a combination of 90% Nerello Mascalese and 10% Carricante, grown according to the Guyot method and with a yield of 50 hectoliters per hectare, this wine stands out for its elegance and refinement.

Fermentation takes place in the absence of pomace, thus preserving the purity of the strong and persistent floral notes that characterize its perfume. On the nose, hints of blood orange and pink grapefruit emerge, enveloping the senses with their vibrant freshness.

Once tasted, the wine reveals its true essence. With a color that recalls onion skin, it is slim and bright to the eye. When tasted, it opens with a decisive and elegant entry, which invites easy drinking, but quickly evolves towards a compelling complexity, tending towards ripe and juicy fruit.

It is a wine that lends itself perfectly as an aperitif, enhancing the pleasure of convivial moments. But its ideal pairing is found between fried seafood and land, where its character blends harmoniously with the intense flavors of the dishes. Furthermore, it pairs beautifully with tuna in oil, caponata and tomato-based first courses, confirming its versatility on the table.
